This jacket was made in the 1960s but this model was designed in the 1920s. It was issued to French public companies workers (fire fighters, natural gas, electricity, etc).
Le Corbusier, one of the most famous French architect wore it a lot in the 1940s and 1950s, hence the nickname of this jacket. Iconic garment, a real collector piece. Rare in this condition !
High quality black chrome tanned leather, leather collar, plastic buttons, fully lined with wool and satin fabric in the sleeves.
Good overall condition ! Has some signs of wear, some small holes on the sleeves (i think there was some patches sewn on before), and the wrist straps have been cut up. See pictures.
